Kurt Lenfesty is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist trained at the Coastal Academy of Hypnotherapy in White Rock, BC. He is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association® as well as the National Guild of Hypnotists. He is also a trained Stone Therapist and Reflexologist, providing Hot and Cool Stone Massage Therapy, as well as foot reflexology.

Kurt's practice focuses on increasing calmness, eliminating past traumas, and overcoming barriers to success. By reducing levels of stress and anxiety, clients can obtain the inner peace and calmness necessary to effectively tackle life's challenges. Stress reduction (or to phrase it much better, calmness enhancement) is achieved not only through hypnotherapy, but also through stone massage and reflexology. Kurt has found that hypnotherapy works best for emotion-based issues as well as an adjunct to more conventional medical treatments. Kurt has found that foot reflexology is an excellent way to relax and bring the body into balance.
